JENNY JONES Jenny Jones creates an instant sonic sanctuary with her peaceful melodies, soft harmonies, and delicate acoustic guitars. Her calming, introspective lyrics and serene music resonate with all walks of life and allow audiences to experience a bevy of relatable, lingering emotions. Each song is akin to becoming a better person and finding new ways to grow emotionally and spiritually. JESSICA DELLE Through her rich, soulful vocals, Jessica Delle (Jess McCumons) unravels hidden emotions and weaves them into heartfelt songs filled with poignant tales of life, love and growth. “I speak to help me and others recognize things inside of us that we have not seen in a while or have pushed down. It’s my way of naming and reclaiming the broken pieces in an effort to heal.” Jones // Delle officially met in 2012. After releasing her debut album, 'A Story of Longing' in 2011, Jones joined the Ann Arbor folk-soul band The Understorey, which brought about the introduction of collaborations between Jones and Delle. The Understorey was first established by wife and husband duo Jess and Matt McCumons; the band released one album entitled 'Tending Embers' in 2013. During the band’s tenure, Jones provided background vocals and harmonies and later performed her own music with the quintet. Jones // Delle continue to perform as part of the Ebird & Friends Annual Holiday Show in Ann Arbor, continue to collaborate within the local community of musicians, and have performed at festivals and venues including Earthworks Harvest Gathering, The Ark, Otus Supply, Arts Beats & Eats, The Ann Arbor Summer Festival (A2SF), the Ann Arbor Art Fair, Hollerfest, Water Hill Music Festival, the St. Joseph Art and Wine Festival, Black Crystal Café, Johnny’s Speakeasy, Wolverine State Brewing, and Chelsea Alehouse. Separately and as a group, Jones // Delle has shared the stage with Michael Franti, The California Honeydrops, Antwaun Stanley, Theo Katzman, Luke Winslow King, Joshua Davis, Rachael Davis, May Erlewine, Erin Zindle & The Ragbirds, Lindsay Lou, Abigail Stauffer, Mark Lavengood, Joe Hertler, Madelyn Grant, and a host of others.
