The sale of quality, handmade goods is a beautiful part of our festival and we value contributions to the artistic community here at the gathering. We are supportive and excited about handmade, earth-friendly, and sustainable goods.

(We have a limited number of spaces available and all vendors must apply in advance online, regardless if they have vended years prior.)

Please submit this form by March 31.

If accepted, booth fees will be due by May 25.

We will confirm acceptance, decline, or waitlist by April 25.

Specifics:
  • Booth fee is $220, plus a $5 non-refundable application fee.
    • Application fee is expected at time of application.
    • Booth fees will be collected upon selection.
    • Booth spaces are 10 x 10 in size with the artists providing their own setup.
    • There are a limited number of 10 x 20 deep spaces for an additional $110, please contact us in advance before choosing this option.
  • One Adult Weekend ticket is included in the booth fee. If you have others in your party, you must purchase individual tickets for these members of your family/crew.
  • We have very limited parking and camping behind booths. If you absolutely need to camp or park behind your booth, please be sure to communicate your needs with us in advance to see if we can accommodate you.
  • Setup is available as early as Thursday (the week of the event) from 12pm-dusk. Set up continues Friday from 8am-dusk.
  • Booth hours are from 10am-6pm on Saturday and 10am-3pm on Sunday. Friday and extended hours are optional.
  • Only selected works will be eligible for sale in your booth. Artists and/or children are not allowed to walk around festival grounds to solicit sales.
  • No cannabis or paraphernalia related items (medical or recreational).
  • Please no unauthorized use of the name, or alias of the name Earthwork Harvest Gathering on any items for sale. If you would like to incorporate EWHG into your work, send us an email of your idea and we can go from there.
  • Artists may share a booth if both are accepted.
  • NO power or Wi-Fi provided for Art Vending Booths. Bring solar lights if you like!
  • Artists are responsible for collecting 6% MI sales tax if it applies to them. For more information, you may contact the MI Department of Treasury.
  • No pets allowed.
  • We wish all vendors success, recognition, prosperity, and health!
