The sale of quality, wholesome foods and beverages is a beautiful part of our festival and we value contributions to the culinary community here at the gathering. We are supportive and excited about great natural, locally sourced food that feeds the people!

(We have a limited number of spaces available and all vendors must apply in advance online, regardless if they have vended years prior.)

If accepted, booth fees will be due by May 25.

We will confirm acceptance, decline, or waitlist by April 25.

Specifics:
  • Vendor fee is $550 for food and beverages / $330 for beverages and snacks / or $275 for beverages OR snacks plus a $5 non-refundable application fee.
    • Application fee is expected at time of application.
    • Booth fees will be collected upon selection.
    • Booth spaces vary in size, with the vendors providing their own setup.
  • One Adult Weekend ticket is included in the booth fee. You may also purchase additional worker tickets 2 more @ $30 each, and up to 4 more @ $55 each. If you have more (than above) in your party, you must purchase full price tickets for each additional member of your family/crew.
  • We have very limited parking and camping behind booths. If you absolutely need to camp or park behind your booth, please be sure to communicate your needs with us in advance to see if we can accommodate you.
  • Setup is available as early as Thursday (the week of the event) from 12pm-dusk. Set up continues Friday from 8am-dusk.
  • Booth hours are from Friday 2pm-10pm, Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 10am-3pm. Please feel free to extend hours as you like. We are encouraging vendors to offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night snacks.
  • Only selected works will be eligible for sale in your booth. Vendors and/or children are not allowed to walk around festival grounds to solicit sales.
  • We are a GREEN festival. Please only compostable plates and utensils. No styrofoam and no sales of bottled water. We have fresh, clean water onsite accessible for all.
  • No cannabis or paraphernalia related items (medical or recreational).
  • Please no unauthorized use of the name, or alias of the name Earthwork Harvest Gathering on any items for sale. If you would like to incorporate EWHG into your work, send us an email of your idea and we can go from there.
  • Vendors may share a booth if both are accepted.
  • Power and Water will be provided upon request. Bring solar lights if you like to help ease the system!
  • No Ice onsite.
  • No wifi available.
  • You will need to comply with Health Department regulations and they will inspect Friday morning at 9am. Contact Amy Eling at 231-236-7583. The temporary food application form for the Health Dept should be completed minimum 2 weeks prior to the event or you risk being denied. Additional online information is available on their website.
  • No pets allowed.
